Dear Sara, Too many early bloomers were lost in this strange weather. How sad to see the azalaea blossoms chilled by a late frost. Excellent poem -- many can relate to the loss of spring flowers when it snows in April. Keep the heat pump handy, my friend. Congratulations on your win! Love, Carolyn

Sara, I do not know where you live, I live in Massachusetts. The woods are not yet dotted with blooms. But Azaleas. I do so miss them from my childhood in Georgia. A wonderful expression of Spring. Thank you for sharing your beautiful sensitivity. Peace....Sam
