Darkness,pain,hurt Blinding Uncertain,unplanned, Misleading ungrateful,unresponsive,unhappy All seeds of bitterness Emotional cycles, repetitive cycles At one time or another One of these is familiar Building pain within Blinding us without Building walls around Destroying bridges around Inevitably islands begin to surface Unsustainable islands, lacking fruit, lacking food, Lacking spiritual sustenance Sucking life, draining, killing Cease the cycles! Bring forth new seasons! Kill those emotions! Bring forth new life! Starve those emotions! Give birth to a new spirit! -thus Starve them-those monsters within Drain them of life-little useless dragons within Silence the voices forever... And bring forth a new you Complete self control- utmost Kindness. peace, joy-are only but a few Satiate on these, with diligence And then blossom From a shrub Into a tree
