Bloodline
Viens pierce running temp warm flow
Same color, different making DNA red bleeds
Racism, as if you yourself is perfect in image
There's no white man ancestors bloodline tells
A mix of races, Irish, Jamaica who knows
Population birth of a nation freedom from slavery
As in days of Roman today it carries on
Working for the man, bloodline still traits linger
A world we strive, trying not let it swallow us
Us as a being, many episodes society drama
Like a puppet dangling from string we walk
Bloodline of the past we claim we change
Still a broken society our actions our death
We change our souls weaken to life expectancy
Existence to hide ourselves amongst the evil
Show me who you are, heart tells truth
Image of mankind false hope of anger buried
Hatred towards thy neighbor only love themselves
Each race feeling superior to each other
None equal as greed a thief steals in night
All that makes you or forgotten who you are?
Bloodline we cherish our heritage like yesterday
We find we love out of kindness of our hearts
Depths of dark we portrayed with light
Even though dark does not comprehend it
We show emotion, broken pieces of sanity
A person of interest, not ourselves we think
But for another, a touch of love's kindness
Even if for a moment a breath be save
Bloodline still flows even in death carried to grave
