Blessings In Disguise
A blessing is a wonderful gift
from a place we know is there;
we can't see it... or touch it,
but we know there is much care
We ask for many a thing
when we look toward the sky,
but sometimes the reply we get
may put a tear in our eye
Often, we can't understand why
the blessing may be opposite,
but we must always place our faith
in the Light that is brightly lit
For we may think we know
what is best for us each day,
but forever in our hearts
is the Light... showing the way.
