Blank Thoughts 4-21-01
A blank sheet of paper
Sits without meaning in front of me
I stare
As a child, this paper would been alive
Jumping in and out of worlds, so vividly.
Adulthood is near
I see no pictures
My mind remains blank and black
I stare
New ideas are out of reach, too deep
My head aches
I think of nothing.
