Black Rain
The rain kept beating down
Crying onto a stranger’s shoulder
Desires wasn’t until be found
And he waits without shelter
There is no more need for hope
There is no more need to despair
The rain is all he needs to cope
For he... the rain wouldn’t care
Did the wind begin to blow?
Promising the cold as always
Touching upon the stranger’s soul
Yet he waits on... he stays
So much tears, so much rain
The road is ahead yet he is blind
He begins to walk, his soul remains
For the stranger will no longer find
And there he goes, not looking back
The stranger I am once to know
The many colors yet a soul be black
And I waited with the rain I enfold
