Black History
We think back in time
To a place of great struggle
When Man and Man
Where against each other
From how we looked
To how we act
We are one in the same
They just didn’t know that
Work and work we did
To make it to the end
Of the long stream goal
We would soon attain
We are one in the same
They just didn’t know that
Different we are
Here and now
From different places
There and there
Keeping traditions Alive
To remember there lively hood
Of what once was
That has changed now
We are on in the same
With different aspects of our life
From where we come
To where we go
We are all different
And we all knew that
