Bitten

(This is a fictional poem) When I decided to go on this hike, I didn't know I would be bitten by a rattlesnake. It bit the back of my leg a few minutes ago and now my life is at stake. I've been yelling for help but nobody has heard me shout. I'm going to die if nobody sucks the poison out. I'm starting to cry because it's so sad. My wife will be a widow and my kids will be without a dad. After I'm gone, will my family be able to get by? A man doesn't really appreciate life until he learns that he's going to die.
