Beyond the Dream
I want to know what love is
But I'm scared to just let go.
The fear of being turned away
Is strong, so...
I dream of what it might be
And only then allow myself
To welcome it with open arms
It's the only time it's felt.
I want to move beyond the dream
And bring it into light.
Will it be that only then,
I will discover life?
