Better Than I Am

Ten years old and she's got so much girl power she just can not be beat Attitude as tall as her dreams and her determination does back flips like No one else has ever seen Telling her which way to go is like directing the wind Or instructing flowers on how to grow She is the definition of a mind of her own She has a slight problem One I am working on without demolishing that awesome spirit God instilled She thinks she's better than the rest of the world Maybe she is, But I want her to be Compassionate Empathic Better than me She has her work cut out for her and so do I First I have to be better To teach by example. That is how I learned from my mother.
