Better

I wish to be Better Better than I was yesterday Better than I am today I do not want to be Better than you Better than anyone else My desire is to be A better listener A better friend A better dad A better husband I want your day to be better I wish to live in a better more loving world Better does not mean best Better house Better car Better clothes Not even a better job If I really want better I better look around I better look closer at myself For if I truly want to be better Better starts with me Little changes One thought One action at a time Not perfect But Just a bit Yes a tiny bit Better Because I want To be Better A truly better Thoughtful More considerate Me
