Betrayed

If my boyfriend didn't tell me things, could it be he's betraying my trust. or is it because he's afraid. Afriad that i won''t understand. I can tell some things wrong but he won't tell me. I wish we could talk freely about how we feel. He's holding back and I don't know why. I think there some thing wrong with me. I can't tell whats bugging him. It worries me, Does he think he can't trust me. If he can trust me why won't he tell me. Did i do some thing to make him mad at me. No maybe not, but he won't tell me. How am i suposed to help if he won't tell me whats wrong. I don't know what to do. Could this be the end. Oh my I really hope not. I thought every thing was going good, I guess not!
