Life is so hard Dark and complex Days run together Onto the next Can't wait to get out To reach the end Get back to my house And be with my friend Through thick and through thin We've come a long way The love I hold for her Grows every single day She gave birth to my kids Now the center of the family We'll be together forever Through any calamity Through annoyance and infidelity Our love only grows Down to bitterness and grieving We're shown new lows Grown together over time Through thin and through thick That's my babies mom She's one tough chick New additions to the family My heart longs to see And teach all my children To be all they can be Our roles are defined Through the people we became To love and support one another In that there is no shame We belong to one another Two souls lost in love Our hearts fused together By the lord above Our spirits fly together Through the earth and to it's ends The one God made for me That's why we're best friends
