here I stand alone
looking at your happiness....
my lonely heart cries
why aren't I in someone's arms
am I lacking loving charms
want to belong, to have a life
to be loved

what have I done I ask you pray
tell me me my sin, what can I do
to belong, to hear someone say
you're mine our love is true
listen I am playing our song for you
