This day’s been rather difficult I need some peace of mind I just need to get away I need a little time With trials and troubles closing in and the pressures of the day I'm seeking consolation I'm looking for a way I need to see the beauty of this path I trod for It's been freely given by the hand of God Oftentimes I cannot see the forest for the trees my vision has been clouded my mind is not at ease but somewhere in the midst of this a still Small Voice I hear and God in heaven says I know let me call your fear I see I here I know your heart I have a plan for you although you’ve questioned where I am I see what you've been through Don't ever think I didn’t see Each teardrop that you shed For I was there right with you I seen your day’s of dread Now please it’s time to call on me I’m a loving patient God Please let me light your pathway And each step you trod Give it up and lay it down Surrender all to me And I will do a miracle It’s yours right now believe
