Being Straight For Jesus

Being Straight for Jesus! Many brag that an “alternate lifestyle” is the thing to do! They get excited about trying something that seems “new.” Some like to talk about how they used to be “straight.” I ask; “what’s going on here, for heaven’s sake?” Since the beginning, God had one thing in mind. He created a man and woman to start mankind. He gave to each sex, distinct parts for a reason. And commanded us to multiply for all seasons. He gave mankind a purpose and a command. Regarding HIS way of living, for each woman and man. If being “straight,” seems to really bother you. I pray the truth of God’s word will touch you! Straight and narrow is the way to life everlasting. I hope this answers questions, many may be asking. God created us all with one purpose and goal! Only his power can straighten our lives and make us whole! By Jim Pemberton 03/04/14

"God created us all with ONE purpose and goal"? I dispute that - I think we were created with many different purposes and goals, and each person's path in life will be different...that 17th line should read: "straight and narrow MINDED is the way to life everlasting"! lol (pinching myself just to check I'm living in the 21st century!)

Jim, it is not a "lifestyle" people choose to live. It is a matter of sexual preference that God instilled in each individual. God made some people homosexual and some people straight - the same way he gave some people the ability to accept differences in others and some people he made narrow minded. The purpose and goal God has given me is to try to help those that are different and not to condemn them in his name. Have a good day, sir.
