Being Canadian

Chilled to the bone, this winter sucked More than this guy could bear Canadian eh! Should be used to this stuff Patience? Got none left to spare Never, if I live to be a hundred and ten Do I want to experience that again A winter not meant for human endurance Been tortured for months on end Maybe there's a silver lining up ahead And we're all headed for Utopia Where it's never gets below 60 each day And never suffer from agoraphobia Chilled to the bone, can't handle anymore Up to my eyeballs in snow They say being Canadian has it's advantages What they are, I'd sure like to know © Jack Ellison 2013

Cuddling with a beautiful woman on a cold winters night. Pretty hard to beat Jack. We had a very easy winter here in Kelowna, still cold enough for cuddling though.

Dragon decided to help me remove the ice from the bird bath. He really should have waited till the little dirty birdies moved aside... Bad Dragon! Bad Dragon! Poor little birdies... Slightly singed, but they'll survive. I think he was miffed because his penguins liked the ice. It was our last vestige of winter. Spring flowers are here now. Hang in there, and don't mention snow or Dragon might join you with his penguins...They love banana bread, but surprisingly, Dragon won't share! Silly Dragon!

I thought all the Canadians should be used to it by now as they always refer to Canadian air whenever they talk about cold air! I thought you have thicker skin, ha. Just kidding! Hang in there, Jack. Your wishes may come true soon :)
