Begging For Relief

You hold my heart in your hand. You tease it, you squeese it and stab it until i can no longer withstand. I'll fall to my knees and beg for relief, "Please give it back." I'll scream and i'll plead. And you can paint that smile of satisfaction on your face while my eyes bleed tears and my heart continues to race. Pumping between your fingers as you twist it in your palm. While you have it my life shall never be calm. I'll chase you until you release it back to my hollow chest. But until that day comes i will attempt to stay strong and take my steps the best.
