Before the Gates of Alahsar - Version - 2 - 10

All factors begin to come together, deep within this song of Alahsar, The Dark Man and Turvehr, they are come upon the earth, the storm begins to dissipate, the sky becoming light, a mother calls no more, the thunder is gone, silence is ever deafening. Turvehr's wings outstretched, he begins to slowly soar downwards, Turvehr does soar on the breeze, come, to the earth, Oh, child of the storm, in all your wondrous glory, come, king of Unicorns, from the mighty past, become a living song. Mighty Turvehr, when your hoofs strike the ground, listen to the cheers of Alahsar, they lift up to the Gods, they are for your honour, Near the woods of Hervaht, in distant sight, you come to ground, now, Oh. mighty one, across Badicha you must run. Forward now, Dark Man, onward to love and destiny, the fates have you at Alahsar for a reason, Is this the beginning of the end? what comes to our jewel? only the immortals know. Come, children of the storm, in might and splendour, come, Alahsar's gates await you, yes, children of the storm, in glory, come to Alahsar, the revelry within is for you, the people await the heroes from the storm, come, as one mighty shadow, chase the wind across Badicha. Oh, Dark Man, come in all your glory, a mighty king of old, Now, Turvehr does gallop, the joy of Alahsar awaits, the blessings of a golden king, they await, within Alahsar. Swiftly, riding across the plain, on his right, a glistening, Turvehr did pull up quickly, the Dark Man intently watching right, Across the Raven bridge, knights and spider riders, they now moved in column, the captain of the knights, he advances alone to meet his friend. On the plain, two warriors do meet, conversation does begin, Turvehr, in his anger, his hoofs now stamping, he beheld the giant spiders, always his greatest enemy. Now, my Lords and Ladies, we leave the city, that awaits, Let us await our dark friends, the next part of our song is ready, The mists of time, they wash over mighty Alahsar, The first part of our song, it does come to an end. The song has long to go, the scenes shall once more open before us, Alahsar shall sing again, It is time enough for us to rest, the song shall sing on the 'morrow, now, my Lords and Ladies, lift your horns to mighty Alahsar, A toast, "The city of Gold, may it stand forever." To Be Continued..........
