Beautiful As the Rose

Why art thou as beautiful as the rose? Thine eyes unfathomable as its whirl, Thy face not obscured by such humdrum hue Locks of thine hair finer than any petal's curl. Lips full as the briar's scent Chest swelling in humid summer breeze, Skin softer than a darling Damaskan bud Body enticing as Cupid's tease. Why do thy hips shape as droplets of dew? Your derriere serving as my dainty passion, Thy stem like legs is pollen for the honeybee That sings by thy feet with careless abandon. All my jubilant heart shall pray he knows, Thou art as beautiful as the rose.
