Be Loved
Is this life but a dream? Is it a shadow of manifestations yet to come?
The more I reach for You God, the more real my innermost
dreams become.
Each sweet piece of life's fruit becomes more delicious.
Walking through my desired bed of roses, each thorn that pricks
me drains the sickening poison out... a poison that was injected
into me by an unbelieving society... many of Your children included.
If they knew the truth of my life in You, ups and downs included...
they would not be so sad or spit out their venom. They would know
that each pain of their broken hearts and minds are in the divine
hands of God. God often allows Satan to interfere, but only for
a moment. To do this in order to strengthen us in the weaker
areas of our lives!
Perhaps like a mama lion teaches her cubs to hunt by playing
with their food before killing it? During those lessons the cubs
become skilled and very strong... later only fools
would dare mess with them.
Chosen reality? Imagined reality? The way we choose to look
at things? The way we dream of how things ought to be?
My reality is how I choose to look at it. I reach, I seek, I find and
shall find God's love and will for my life... Which is and what will be
something far greater, more beautiful than what dreams are made of.
"Beloved," He says, "I wish above ALL things that you should prosper
and be in health, even as your soul prospers."
So be it! Remember this - reach, seek ALL those truly blessed
things of life in Christ.
