Banquet
Mark a firm act with fact in kind;
Yield then fond cheer that springs with zest.
Be of fine tact to speak your mind;
Allow truth near to frame your quest;
Now is the course that comes to be;
Query the thought that lives a lie;
Use a deep cause that floods this sea;
Expose true lot in charming sighs;
Trust your good heart to find the way.
Feel cheer rejoice in ample rooms;
Expound dear start in happy say;
Align sure poise despite life's gloom;
Speak words that heal in voice most clear;
Truth ever stills the poise of fear.
