''Balance''

~The youth, such soft supple skin. Play yet a steady reminder of how maturity takes a toll. All the while she sits, smiles only to transcend reflection in the mirror. Her hair streaks silver. Through decades, every milestone has been met. Laugh lines set deep. Eyes glossed over like film. Still, elation brought fourth by a glimpse of a grandchild, can not be measured.~ 7/13/2012
