Back
Falling back into the pattern-
that safety, we were once so familiar-
you're off mars, onto Saturn
where your blood runs cold, no changing back
It's frightening, un-reassuring
I've lost gravity-
numbness overcomes, it's not-so alluring
your a blur. And I can't seem to complete this task-
You've been gone to long, baby please
Come back, to this place you called home
this place of security, ease-
and where your not at risk for disease
you're what I long for back
I can't see you but I feel you,
I'm running off the map,
across the atlantic, into the arctic
it's like I'm suffocated, buried alive
the pain so deep kills inside
you're here, you're gone and all I do is strive-
to get you back, please baby please just come back
