Avant-Garde
Avant-garde
she studies
the philosophy of art
of expression, freedom
allowing the spirit
to drift of shape
of movement sound
of white plaques
and blackened ground
where rays of light
break through of song
to fill her pallet
wandering on
to greet the stage
this Avant-garde
touch joyous pain
symphonic sounds
in silence
alone
a picture to drown
her hushed words
she writes on twilight
summer's eve
forging untouched
a dream....
