Autism

I apologize when i've done nothing wrong It just makes sense to deflect anger To put in effort to keep someone in my life Sometimes i don't even realize i'm doing it My mother cries for help I am 3 years old “Something is wrong with sarah” She is intelligent I learned the word facade I found a way to not be myself So I made friends I went to social events I did everything i could To fit in And it worked For the most part I learned some new words Depression Anxiety Pills Therapy Bipolar Borderline personality disorder And then I learned the word Autism.
