Astronomy

A light came falling from the stars And before it would stand It introduced itself to me And took me hand in hand We danced upon the shining grass Of fields lit by the moon And with one kiss she let me go Saying the sun would rise soon I’d wait till night for her to come And every night she did We’d live like life was eternal Of it we’d never be rid My lover from the skyward stars Living life with no holds barred And every day I’d wait for her For night to fall, miracles occurred I could forget my darkened past Our soliloquy eternal last She helped to clear my darkened sight Which only showed with the sunlight Eternal Eternal This dream would spring eternal Eternal Eternal These dreams would spring eternal
