Sally, this is beautiful, and I appreciate you thinking about me in this time of extreme sorrow for our family. Tears are from God, and though we cry, it is not as though we are without hope, for we do have hope in Christ our King, Her faith was so strong in Him <3 I will soup mail you.

This is a crucial occurrence for poets, as it could require more time or even a lifespan for the weeping to stop. We were compelled to write due to various intense feelings, and it is our mood that motivates us to continue writing. I'll pray for your poet brother's healing. Outstanding style and composition. Blessings.

My thanks to you for coming to read and comment. Again this poem some of a relationship between feelings and creating poets. I can agree that that dimension comes through. I appreciate you kind words,

Yes, I know; you are right. Sometimes the weeping takes years to stop...and sometimes it never stops -- profound with us poets. It is deeply feeling that brought us to poetry...and what keeps us writing. I will say a prayer for your brother poet. For his healing and his sister's welcoming and comforting in heaven. Profound writing and form. Blessings.

Bless you this Sunday a week before Christmas, Joe! BJLegros Kelley’s poem is here on Soup. Check it out…I am moved by your comment & your addition that in some cases, the tears do not end, Also true that poetry is from the deep of the heart& soul; that poets are those who are accepting of these feelings, giving their insistent rise a voice. Thank you too for your supportive words. This sort of simple form took hours of editing if you can believe it. Big hugs! sally
