Arthur Blessitt
There he was on this T.V. show speaking of all these places
And as I soon came to know this man was in God's Graces
As around the world he carried His Cross, so powerful to see
By my heart being at such a loss I learned about being free
Any place that you can name he carried Our Lord's Cross there
Oh the people who came as it was Arthur who made them aware
In the driving rain and the snow right through the hot desert heat
Yeah that was an amazing show as I sat there affixed in my seat
Just in the way he would speak with this sense of joy in his voice
A man who will make you meek so you'll be better able to rejoice
Imagine Arthur coming down your street, all the joy you would feel
And just let me in so repeat you would experience a joy that was real
All the faces that he met traveling from the city to the remotest of places
And as so His Glorious sun will set we can all thank God for His Graces
That wooden cross twelve foot long, but it never seemed out of place
Thank you Arthur in being so strong in showing us God's Loving Grace
