Are We Living Or Just Existing

Everyday we are fortunate to awake But when you get up Are you doing all it takes? To make a change Are you building a legacy(legacy) When you walk do you feel it? When you talk do people hear it? What do you do ? Or what can be done? Are you really finish ?? Have you got what you've been missing I mean are you just living Or Just existing ? Have you got so adapted to the world? That you have totally forgot You represent Greatness And that speaks alot Am I known for the way that I speak How can you judge a person You just did meet Because my life is not ?? perfect Does that mean I cant get it together Dont endure with pain Life can be clever When you see me The light in my heart will glisten Does that mean im living Or just existing Please just listen The way you carry yourself Determines what's missing Whether its self respect or self esteem You can conquer anything Dont let anyone tell you otherwise Fulfill your dreams Dont let your passion stay bottled up inside Live like there's no tomorrow Help when people go through sorrow Know that with each day things will occur Live your life to the fullest for sure Pray each and day and each night And know that everything is going to be alright With your purpose comes a vision Make sure you live it And not just exist it Written by:Concetta Hardnett 9/15/2015
