Apple Pickin' Time
APPLE PICKIN' TIME
When Autumn finally comes around
The air is fresh and cool
The days are also winding down
The kids are back in school
The apples in the orchard are finally ripe
Just waiting for me to pick
They'll make my stomach cramp and gripe
And too many will make me sick
Ma will bake an apple pie
So good you think you'll die
The house will smell delicious
The aroma will get you high
When Autumn finally comes around
The air is fresh and cool
The days are also winding down
The kids are back in school
I'm gonna pick myself a peck
And hope my Ma will say
Give me a hug around the neck
And I'll bake you a pie today
