Another Season

She placed a rose, on his grave today, then sat in silence, bowing her head to pray. Thanking her Lord, for the time they had, remembering how the good, out weighed the bad. Only sixteen, when she said I DO, their fifty years together, thinking, how they flew Now alone, another season has come, a whole new world, has now begun.

When two persons are in love, its impossible. Very touchy, made me wonder about so many loners. In a short write, lots of feelings have been packed! Love, Chitra

Reminds me of my dad who was with my mom for 54 years. Cannot imagine how he misses her, knowing how much I do. Love, Shar

Terribly sad, to lose someone whom is as much a part of you as the air you breathe, but also a beautiful poem knowing there is love that is everlasting, Ron
