Another Lesson From the Pix
Pixie Pops with handle bar hair
pink and ball sparkles
just trinkets in plastic
But OH how she wears it
when twirling around
in a dance that is secret to fairy odd what's.
She matches best every step of discovery
with pomped circumstance
and a smile or two
while I wonder where all her energy store is
butterfly wings and a blue afternoon
Wind up the hair dear and let's just go dancing
Push all the cares of reality thus
We could all learn from the laughter of children
with handle bar hair
twirled contagious with zest.
(This one's for Miss Ava Lu - and her singing, and her twirled Princess Leia hair...)
