Anger
Pounding heart and scarlet face
spitting out hurtful words at quick pace,
screaming voice and broken pride
welcome to your other side.
A hungry lion ready to prounce
inside you, inside you, about to bounce,
deep breaths go out and in,
then calmer, calmer you begin.
