And Yet

From time to time I
Walk in the world
Trying not to be of the world
And yet
Am I reminded I am
walking in the course of this world
And yet
He comes to speak
to lift me in my sadness
and shares his blessings to bestow
I cannot turn away
He brings me courage and strength,
To walk another day.
