And Here I Stand

Slaying from core deep You made your grand exit Don't close the door I have yet to make mine Allow me to introduce the woman in me I once thightly held a hand And although it painfully let me go I wiped the tears and cried no more And don't you dare drop a sweat Don't blink for a second and watch This is me walking in my red stilettos This is me killing the only red dress I have See me walk pass through you Try and catch if I took a glance Wish for a second of smile and hi Wish with all your heart and might Yet here I stand, bidding you my farewell I beg of you, listen to my unspoken words of pain For I stand to give you my most grateful thanks As I stand to give you my biggest forgiveness
