Anchored Love

Though darkened clouds near me surround, My heart there sings as thunder sounds. Come storms what may though all around, Thine arms embrace, what peace profound. Though tempest winds around me sail, My soul there knoweth no travail. In morning's breeze or midnight's gale, Thy Hand of comfort there prevails. Though driving rains above descend, My mind there knows this storm will end. A fortress strong, my constant Friend, Thine eyes doth ever me attend. Though raging floods beneath me roll, My strength is sound, In Christ I'm whole. His grace shall keep my weary soul, Thy love sustains toward heaven's goal.
