AN ANGEL IN YOUR EYES I'm a member of Poetry Soup And I am proud to say We really are an august group I read poems every day Poets from all around the globe Submit their poems for view I sit each night in slippers and robe And always read a few Some poets go by nick names Their identity never revealed Many who write are seeking fame Others just write what they feel Perhaps you have a favorite poet Whose words can mesmerize My favorite, you will never know Is an angel in my eyes Curtis Moorman 21 October 2013
