Amber Eyes
Amber eyes
Murky mind
I see a fire that burns so deep
Behind those glassy, glazed eyes
I feel the coolness
Of the smooth
Liquid pools
That sit at the bottom
Of those flames
To be burnt
Or to drown
I lost my way
Never again will that shade of amber
Cross my path
