Am I Worthy?

Such loving eyes, from here I see With pouting lips, a crimson red Her look to me, sets my heart free To love her now on midnight’s bed She holds the pow’r within her grasp A strength, innate, she does not know But yet, her love, she makes it last Until the light, the sunrise show The beacon then highlights her face More lovely than I truly saw My fear, that one day she replace Me with another so unflawed For now, I’ll hold her so possessed As here and now I am so blessed
