Alone Again

Nobody ever listened Nobody clapped their hands No one stood up on their feet But everyone made demands I tried to reach everyone I could Tried to do all the things I should Tried to be everybody's everything And have just the right thing to say When I needed everyone the most I was standing all alone Like the sound of one hand clapping Just like the colour of the wind There I stood Lost in the crowd All Alone again
