Alone

Alone As I hear the birds chatter gossip in the trees I am all alone with no-one to hold and share in loves intimacy Spring is in the air! Squirrels darting while courting with play Bunnies hop with joy as they nuzzle with sweet care Sweet, fragrant scent of flowers, blossoming forth from earthen clay insects are buzzing with affection throughout the spring air even a mothers love is fawning over her baby deer I choose to live simply because I never had much but it is awfully lonely forgetting how to be tenderly touched It is so much easier to fear than to love far too easy to be stubborn than admit I could use a hug But I thirst for love like a cold mountain stream to breathe life back into me A Love to remind me that I am still a human being...
