Sometimes all that is needed is a few words, yet in those few words so much emotion is felt. Your poem touched me. I lost my best friend last December 2022 and all I have is our picture in a locket.

Hi, Lycia! Love the imagery this emits. "His face encased, " as if I were standing right there in front of you.
