All of Them I Forgot
All of Them I Forgot
What is best is when I am admitting
All my bad habits have been quitting
Including writing my poems and such
Which I appear to be doing too much.
I shall avoid being tough and tense
And have much humor making sense
Like you originally wanted anyway
Your mind for while thought I would play.
Dab of my poems here then over there
And after they become to hard to bare
There are now more trying to transpire
Adding much more fuel for the big fire.
After for a while has been rapidly burning
And over again in grave you are turning
Laughing so hard at poems I just brought
Hoping next time that all of them I forgot.

How about this one for my Poetry Revisited
meeting this Sunday at Arbor Landing,
Shallotte, North Carolina. At least, we are
not flying a Confederate flag.
