We spoke that day as I drove you home, you tried in your broken English, I in my broken Spanish. Your poetic paintings wordlessly move me. Never have I met a more gentle soul. 11/28/15

Just read below that he was your wife's family. Did he make lots of money as an artist? Sorry he passed away.

Thanks Andrea. Yes he was very close to my wife's parents. He lived in Paris half the year and San Juan the other half.

Thank you Barbara. He was a Puerto Rican/Mexican artist. He was my wife's cousin and very close to her family. He passed away a few years ago. I had the pleasure of seeing him several times and visiting his home in San Juan. A very gentle and nice man.
