After the storm limbs on the lawn
A gentle breeze beckons
Enjoy the cool and rocking chair
Life passes too fast~ live on
Clouds still gathered full and gray
Ready with a shower
Birds sing melodies nonchalant
Tree frogs in chorus power
Geese graze rain drenched tender green grass
Enjoying the cool and moist
Taking their time to sup on us
After the storm has no voice
