After the Storm
There will be days that bring you to your knees
When the stars are not aligned
And spring seems far away
Promises not kept
Friend and foe seem much alike
Thunder rolls over
the land and shadows lengthen
At last sleep brings healing hands
The storm will pass on
Hearts will again fill with hope
A rainbow promised
