After the Storm

It was a very hard and heavy storm that passed I am glad that we held on and both stood fast We both made it through the storm's fury and blast I thought it would never end but now it's calm again at last I love you honey and I always will even in the midst of the tempest No matter how hard the situation is I consider your love the best It is with you that I want to be with, the one with whom I will build a nest And it's in your arms that I want to be when time comes for me to rest It will always be your love that will keep me warm From my awful ways I will try to change and for you my darling reform Will try my best and stay here for you, will try to be in best form I love you darling and I hope that we become closer after the storm
