Adhds Mind

My mind feels shattered thoughts everywhere. Can't think can't focus my attention anywhere. One project, two projects, so much to do. Three projects, four. I always seem to only have one foot out the door. Learning something new isn't easy, my mind so easily forgets. I try so hard to remember so there will be no regrets.
