Addiction

He's like a bittersweet addiction. The one who makes me smile so big That the sun's rays burn the enamel. He is my sunshine, indeed. He is the one I wake up for So I can make the world a better place and brag, only so he could poke fun at me. But I don't mind. But it's so hard to let my guard down, Because how am I sure that he feels the same? I try so hard to believe him, but the past has scarred me. But for now, I'll follow orders and think of him while I'm sleeping. The dreams that come are like the sweetest sugar. I'll waste my time proclaiming my love. And now, I have proof.
